We do not offer returns or refunds on any products once they are sold. All purchases are considered final.

2. Replacement for Damaged Items Only
We offer replacements strictly in cases where the item delivered is damaged or defective.

3. Mandatory Proof Requirement
To be eligible for a replacement, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish, without any cuts or edits.
  • Clear photographs of the damaged or defective product.

4. Timeframe for Reporting
All claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this timeframe will not be accepted.

5. Verification Process
Once we receive your request along with the required proof, our team will review and verify the issue. If approved, we will initiate a replacement for the same product (subject to availability).

6. Replacement Conditions

  • The replacement will be processed only after verification is complete.
  • If the same product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative of equal value or store credit at our discretion.

7. Important Notes

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be considered.
  • Minor variations in color or design due to photography or screen settings are not considered defects.
  • Damage caused due to misuse, improper handling, or wear and tear is not eligible for replacement.
